One of the purposes of this ordinance is because we are committed to caring about the emotional and mental health of aircraft pilots. We can no longer allow dreary rooftops to continue to be safety hazards that contribute to depression, negative emotions and pilot suicides. Rooftops must be maintained and cannot be neglected, wasted, depressing, dreary spaces. You cannot have an emotionally hazard
ous roof that cold evoke negative feelings or emotions for aircraft pilots. Roofs of buildings must now contain beautiful architecture, positive roof art or functional rooftop gardens. For a rooftop to be non-hazardous for pilots, it must have some kind of pleasant architecture, positive roof art, garden, rooftop patio, or structure or design to make the roof functional and pleasant to look at from above, from the windows of taller buildings and aircraft. Looking at rooftops must evoke positive emotions and build positive self esteem. If you have a rooftop garden, it must be maintained, and cannot be overgrown with weeds. You cannot have a hazardous roof with wasted space with rust or water damage, pests, or hazardous air conditioning units on it. If you have air conditioning units on your roofs, they must be housed within a protective casing that integrates with your rooftop architecture design, otherwise they are a hazard. There must be safety structures used to encase air conditioning units to keep birds and other animals from making contact with them. They must be encased in a protective structure to prevent them from blowing off rooftops during bad storms. Solar Panel systems must be organized in non-hazardous systems and structures. They must integrate with positive architecture that builds self esteem, or have an organized design that is visually engaging.
