FAST 1: Felix Sandoval
Felix was selected for his positive attitude, open-mindedness, and commitment to teamwork. He is always willing to ask questions, learn something new, and step up to assist his teammates. His team leader shared that Felix has a great perspective; he always sees the positive side of not knowing something and takes the opportunity to learn and grow. That mindset is a true asset!

FAST 2: Alexiss Araujo
Alexiss was chosen for her leadership and willingness to help others during labs. She took responsibility for supporting her classmates and was especially helpful when lab instructions weren’t clear. Alexiss took the time to provide clear instructions and make sure her fellow classmates understood what to do. That kind of teamwork makes everyone stronger! ⚙️

Student of the Week Spotlight!🔧

Let’s give a big congratulations to TX Fast Track 2 Student of the Week, Art Vargas!

Art was chosen for being dependable, friendly, and an all-around great teammate. He consistently arrives on time, works hard in class, and is always willing to lend a helping hand to his classmates.

His class leader shared that Art really stood out during the pneumatics and electrical units. Not only did he understand the material, but he was also willing to take the time to teach and help classmates who were struggling.

Art, your willingness to help others and share what you’ve learned is what makes you a great part of the TX Fast Track team. Keep up the great work!

Let’s celebrate this week’s outstanding TX Fast Track Students of the Week!

FAST 1: Fredy Meglar
Fredy was chosen for his perseverance, open-mindedness, and impressive problem-solving skills. During the hydraulics and pneumatics unit, Fredy took initiative with his team, asked thoughtful questions, and never gave up when faced with a challenge. He even helped his class leader better understand the lessons by sharing tips on the actions of each component, the flow of pressure, and where to find important information in their books. Way to lead by example, Fredy! 🔧

FAST 2: Jocelyn Garza
Jocelyn was selected for her helpfulness, teamwork, and dedication to learning. She stood out while working through hydraulic problems and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Jocelyn even helped her class leader review and understand last week’s lessons. Her willingness to support others and work as a team makes her a great example of what it means to be a TX Fast Track teammate! ⚙️

🌟 FAST 1: Trey Lopez
Trey was selected for his outstanding determination, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. He took the initiative to study and understand the components of the testing machines during the electrical unit. His dedication and optimism really stood out as he explained how volts and control relays are powered and worked through troubleshooting with solenoids. Way to go, Trey!

🌟 FAST 2: Lidia Garza
Lidia was selected for her courage, perseverance, and willingness to grow. Throughout the week, she continued to push herself, open up more with her classmates, and challenge herself to think more positively. She never gave up, even when things were difficult! Lidia also reminded her class leader that it’s okay to be silly, make mistakes, and not let setbacks get you discouraged.
