Shaenfield Place was built by Obra homes and is said to have started construction in 2002. Since that time the board has been actively involved in making sure the deed restrictions are followed, improve the common areas, and help resolve home owners issues.

Associa has attached a copy of the Board of Directors meeting minutes June 21, 2022 . Once approved, they will be posted on TownSQ for homeowner viewing and placed in the corporate record book.

IV. Treasurer’s Report
It is board policy to review the reconciled financial statements at least once per quarter. Associa has prepared and attached the August financial statement for your review and acceptance by the president on behalf of the board.
