I live in California and due to my brother's passing away in Texas I came to San Antonio to take on the responsibility of taking care of my brother's estate, which included selling the home. A realtor friend of mine in California researched carefully to find an honest realtor in San Antonio for me, and found Krishna to help me to sell the home. Coming to my brother's home was heart wrenching as I went through his personal belongings. The first day that Krishna came to the home to help me to sell it, he actually called me that night not to talk about the home, but to actually check up on me just to see how I was doing in regards to the loss of my brother. Krishna didn't see me as just a client, but treated me as a friend. I personally don't believe that there is a better realtor in San Antonio than Krishna Perkins. He is a compassionate professional who cares about the people he works with. Due to administrative and court hurdles, the home took 15 months to sell. I have never seen a sales professional go through so many challenges helping his client, and still maintain amazingly supernatural patience and calm. To add to his injury, Krishna was hardly going to make any money from the sale of the home because so much money was still owed on the home. I believe other brokers would have given up and would have went to find a "bigger fish to fry" but Krishna believed in finishing what he began. This is called character. Even amidst other professionals misunderstanding Krishna by thinking he was stalling the process of the sale of the home when the delay was not his fault, he did not take it personal. I hope to one day move to San Antonio from California because I love the people here, and if I do move, I will immediately call Krishna to help me to find a place. Krishna is a genuine, honest and gracious business professional. If you do not use Krishna as your realtor, you are seriously gambling with one of the biggest investments of your life. Bobby Lau
