Texas SPECIAL ($85 DOLLARS PER SQUARE)
1 layer shingle removal and replacement.
Including: "All valley, starter, water shield and roof accessories replaced."(3in1, turbines, ridge vent)
This also includes 1 layer felt removed and replaced.
Roof pitched 8/12 and below on a one story house.
$85 dollars per square.

DFW SPECIAL ($80 DOLLARS PER SQUARE)
Walker Special but leave the underlayment.
1 layer shingle removal and replacement.
Including: "All valley, starter, water shield and roof accessories replaced."(3in1, turbines, ridge vent)
Roof pitched 8/12 and below on a one story house.

Any additional felt paper layer above the first layer is $5 per square.

Additional layer shingles are $10 per square.

Additional pitch over 8/12 is $10 per square.

Additional: two story home is an additional $10 per square.

Miscellaneous:
new turbine instillation (includes new hole and new turbine) $50 each
Repairing damaged plywood ($50 per repair and up to one sheet plywood "32 sq feet"
Ridge Vent cutting and installation $3 per foot

*5 year warranty on workmanship

*Cleanest job sites

*After job is complete all extra materials stacked and a picture taken and sent to contractor.
