Soccer Field Upgrades Are Underway!!!

Today, repairs and improvements began on all our soccer fields! Over the past few months, damage to the irrigation system prevented the fields from receiving the water they needed to grow healthy grass.

Once construction is complete, those issues will be fixed, and our fields will be ready to grow greener and stronger! 🌱💦

📣 Park & Rec Updates!

⚾ We’re excited to announce that the Board of Aldermen have approved funding to turf the final field at WK Webb Sportsplex!

Also beginning this week, all Park & Rec payments can be made online or at Saltillo City Hall. If you’re like me and computers aren’t always your best friend, you can pay inside City Hall or use the drive-through! Please note that payments will no longer be accepted at Park & Rec.

We hope this new process makes payments easier, less confusing, and more transparent. You can take care of your Park & Rec payment while paying your water bill or handling other city business!

We’re continuing to make improvements—one project at a time! 🙌

🚧 ROADWORK IN THE MORNING 🚧

Two road projects are scheduled for tomorrow:

🔹 Turner Industrial Park Road to WK Webb Sportsplex will be closed (Both Lanes) from 9:00–10:30 a.m. while new culverts are installed beneath the road.

🔹 Wesson Park Road, beginning at Faith Baptist Church and continuing to Wesson Park, will be paved and widened. Traffic will remain open, but only one lane at a time.

Both projects will begin after morning school traffic has cleared and will be completed before school lets out.

Please use caution and watch for workers. Thank you for your patience as we continue improving our city!
