Well the day has come...

We have reached the closing date of this 1920 American Foursquare. There’s a deep sense of pride mixed with sadness. My seller took this home from near-forgotten condition and brought it back to life through a thoughtful, full restoration that honored its history and character. Watching it find new owners is bittersweet, saying goodbye isn’t easy, but it’s the natural next chapter for a house that has been so lovingly revived. Its story will continue, beautifully preserved, in the hands of those who now get to call it theirs.

As the listing agent, I didn’t just put this historic 1920 American Foursquare on the MLS and hope for the best, I worked it. We (my team and I) strategically listed it across multiple MLS platforms, partnered with a national historic-home website to reach buyers beyond our local market, and hosted open houses timed perfectly with events in the historic district to capture the right audience.
