Our container gardens are thriving!!

The rain we had last week truly helped our veggies flourish and pretty soon we will be able to pick veggies fresh from the plants!

Yesterday, the Mayor of Salisbury, the City Administrator, Assistant City Administrator and Anne Street Staff served lunch at the HALO cafe' and received a tour of the facility.

The HALO cafe' serves meals to not only those who stay in the shelter but also to those who don't stay at the shelter but need food.

Serving is what we do as City employees, and it was enlightening to see the inner workings of another agency.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve!

📦📦We have added some additional items to our wish list.

We are getting close to needing additional sheet sets (twin size only), new comforters and new towels.

Color doesn't matter, but we provide each resident with new linens.

When residents leave, they are able to take the linens with them, so they have something to start out with.

We also believe everyone deserves new bedding and towels as part of their welcome to Anne Street Village.

Thanks to each and every person who donates. It truly makes a difference.

HOPE is open today! 8:00-3:00pm

H.O.P.E. Inc. is OPEN today from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM for day shelter.

We invite anyone needing a safe place to come in, cool off, rest, and connect with available resources.

🌭 Today’s lunch will be HOT DOGS and will be served from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM while supplies last.

Please note that some services may be limited due to the holiday schedule. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and hope you all have a safe Memorial Day.
