Our third-grade students had the opportunity to learn from a professional astronomer today, who taught them about planets, asteroids, and other celestial bodies. The students were also able to safely view the sun through a telescope. To their surprise, each student received a mini telescope.

The Career Day event hosted by Santa Rita Elementary was a remarkable success, providing our TK-5th graders with an engaging and enlightening experience as they explored various career paths. We are grateful for the time and support provided by our volunteers and the companies that donated breakfast and lunch items.
