It appears that the Stryker Market at 605 Stryker may be for sale. Keep an eye on it. There should not be a to***co license granted there until 2020, thanks to a new ordinance from Dave Thune.

DSI did discover one very interesting thing after their meeting with Winner's Bar. They don't even have an entertainment license, and in order to get one they would need a public hearing with notice provided to all neighbors within 150 feet of the bar. So, they are not allowed to have any kind of live music!

The City of St. Paul is bringing adverse actions against Mazatlan Bar on Stryker at the October 5th City Council meeting. This will be a public hearing and those meetings begin at 5:30 pm. Anyone may speak at a public hearing either in opposition or in support of the penalties recommended by the City Attorney's office.
