🧠💜 Mental Health Matters

Today, on Mental Health Matters Day, we recognize the importance of caring for young people’s mental health in our communities and the role accessible support plays in helping young people thrive.

At Face to Face, we believe mental health care should be compassionate, nonjudgemental, youth-centered, and easy to access. We work every day to build trusted relationships and create spaces where young people feel supported, heard, and valued.

Mental health matters for everyone: youth, families, staff, volunteers, and communities alike. Taking care of ourselves and each other is part of building stronger, healthier communities. đź’ś

Contact us for mental health services at Face to Face. đź’ś Call 651-772-5555 to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome with or without insurance.

Need immediate mental health or emotional support? Call, text, or chat 988; a skilled, caring counselor will listen to you and talk through your situation, or if you’re worried about someone you care about.
