Just a reminder, the best week of the year starts in 6 WEEKS! We are getting ready and gearing up for our 105th Annual Convention! This year the Convention will be hosted by the Adams Township Vol. Fire Dept. #2 (St. Michael) . We'll be featuring photos from Conventions Past over the next couple weeks. So be on the look out, it may be a reminder of some great days, great people, and great memories!

The hosting department this month is the Patton Fire Company No. 1 . Once again, it'll be a throwback Thursday, as they will be offering a meal! Dinner and the meeting start at 7PM!

It is one month until the Chernisky Classic! WE HAVE A BIG ANNOUCEMENT!

CCRFA is proud and excited to partner with Brooklyn Balamuta and her family to benefit Children's Cancer Research! Brooklyn is a child cancer survivor, some of you may know her Grandfather, long time Police Officer and Firefighter, Tom Owens. Every Summer Brooklyn sets up her lemonade stand and raises money for the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. We are thrilled to announce that she will be set up at the Chernisky Classic! CCRFA is looking forward to helping Brooklyn surpass $10,000 in total donations.

⭐ Unit Citation Award: 0
⭐ Junior Firefighter Award: 1

🎓 John Bem Tuition Assistance Program:
• 1 applicant (2‑year/trade)
• 1 applicant (4‑year)
Remember — you don’t have to be a first‑year student, and returning students are encouraged to apply again!

Our neighbors to the South, the Somerset Regional Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting the Western PA Convention from August 6th - 8th. They asked if CCRFA could pass along that they will be having a concert honoring First Responders on August 6th.
