Saturday morning Outdoor Yoga!!! Saturday October 4 at 8:00 a.m. Mother nature is providing a beautiful atmosphere for our yoga classes. Mornings are a little chilly now, so bring a sweatshirt that you can take off and back on as needed. Hope to see you there! Please let me know if you plan on coming!

Outdoor Yoga and Swim....Awesome! Thank you to those who came and had fun. We did yoga, had breakfast treats, then relaxed in the pool. We'll do it again. My home and my life is a gift that I love to share with others.
