Sometimes the simplest messages say the most. One Copper Creek Elementary student wanted to recognize their counselor, Jonetta Prewitt, for making a difference.

Here is the video of our fantastic Mr. Dodson, Mrs. Anderson, and Mrs. Prewitt holding up their end of the bargain. As promised for reaching our fundraising goals they got a pie in the face each.

We were able to celebrate with our students one last time this school year. We recognized some incredible students as Copper Creek Cowboys of the nine weeks. Two amazing staff members were recognized for their contributions to our campus for the final nine weeks. Lastly we celebrated reaching our fundraising goals for our Fun Run with Mr. Dodson, Mrs. Anderson, and Mrs. Prewitt getting pies in the face.

At Copper Creek's Evening With The Experts, our Cowboys shared their expertise with parents and community members about subjects that included leopards, Babe Ruth, Galapagos Sea Turtles, and more.
