Join us for our Ranching for Profit Workshop here in Amador County on August 22nd. This is a great opportunity for some peer-to-peer learning, ranching management and some business planning.

This workshop is free to attend, lunch is included, and sponsored by Halter. Whether you are a multigenerational or first generation ranching family, this workshop is a chance to learn from other ranchers about practical tools, proven strategies, and fresh perspectives toward building a more profitable, sustainable, and resilient ranching business.

If you're a forestland owner or steward interested in learning about forest health treatments, join us next Saturday, July 25, in Woodford, CA for the third session of our Forest Health Stewardship Series.

Registration is free, and lunch will be provided. Spend the day connecting with fellow forestland stewards, exploring practical forest health strategies, and engaging in open, honest conversations about the opportunities and challenges of caring for your land.

ARCD is excited to announce our Defensible Space Assistance Program Application period is opening tomorrow at 8 AM!

This assistance program is first-come-first-serve as we have limited funding. Assistance is also for Amador County residents that fall at least into 1 of 4 eligibility classes (folks with disabilities, seniors, low-income, and/or veterans).
