We're proud to honor Mikel R. Bistrow as the 2026 Roland E. Brandel Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, the Business Law Section's premier recognition, presented at the CLA 2026 Annual Meeting in San Diego.

Over a 40-year career as a partner at national law firms across San Diego, Mikel has been a tireless contributor to the Business Law community β€” serving on the Executive Committee, as Treasurer, and on the Commercial Transactions Committee. Her leadership and service have left a lasting mark on the Section.
