DGS serves the public by providing a variety of services to state agencies through procurement and acquisition solutions; real estate management and design; environmentally friendly transportation; professional printing, design and web services; administrative hearings; legal services; building standards; oversight of structural safety, fire/life safety and accessibility for the design and constru
ction of K-12 public schools and community colleges; funding for school construction; and disability access. Users and visitors to social media sites shall be notified that the intended purpose of the site is to serve as a mechanism for communication between DGS and members of the public of DGS business operations and related matters. i. Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party
