Hot off the press. Here's the skinny on price drops. This is the number of current active listings that have had a price reduction in the Sacramento region. Sellers, you can get into contract, but you need to be reasonable with your pricing and expectations. There are fewer buyers playing the market right now, so do all you can to stand out to catch a buyer. Any thoughts?
