Newport Harbor Youth & Government Newport Harbor High School Youth & Government is a school club that participates in the YMCA's Model Legislature and Court Program.

If you are interested in meeting new people from around the state and country, learning about politics, building a college resume, making friends at Newport Harbor, or just spending an hour a week with a fantastic group of students then you should join YOUTH & GOVERNMENT. The YMCA Youth and Government program was founded in 1936 and is widely known by colleges across the country. We attend three c
