The Health and Human Services Coordinating Council Heroes of Human Service Award recognizes individuals or groups who have demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of Sacramento County residents by providing valuable resources, services, and support. You can use the SurveyMonkey link to nominate someone or a group for this award. A selection panel from the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors will choose honorees, who will then be presented with a resolution at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, November 17.
