Attending the MS Child Welfare Conference was an amazing opportunity. The networking, learning, and being part of a diverse work community truly mattered and allowed us to grow, reflect, and make a difference. I’m already looking forward to attending the next one. Thank you for dinner (Keisha), and a huge thank you to my cousin —the travel agent you need when you’re ready to book your next trip!

I have bern following & listening to Les Brown since COVID, today has been an amazing opportunity & wonderful experience. To be in attendance at the “Book Launch Event- Unleash Your Greatness: From Discipline to Destiny” was not on my agenda any time soon but I’m glad I was in a position to do so. Witnessing these powerful & motivational MESS-ages is a must have. The empowerment in the atmosphere was Thee experience one should experience.

I know I’m brave but these four walls in this cave tell me otherwise!
Yes, wise I am and don’t you ever forget it!
Could it be I’m really talking to me?
If not you then who?
The darkness clouds my judgement.
Close your eyes and just breathe.
Sit & be still…it’s your time to heal!
The flow of my breath, the pattern of my heart beat and the rhythm of my thoughts align at once!
Remember who you are!
You are HER, you are that girl.
That girl who diminishes self doubt, yet devours self worth!
That girl who eliminates fear, yet initiates the power to hear.
Power, now that I have,
The power to be me, unapologetically.
The power to rise above what tries to stop me.
Faith carries me…
it’s the light to my sun, the vitamin to my body, the yes to the no’s.
Yes, I am a brave, I no longer reside in a cave.
