Associated Square Dancers of Superior California We represent Square Dancing Clubs in the greater Sacramento Valley and foothill communities.

ASDSC is a not-for-profit organization representing square dancers from El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, and Yuba counties of Northern California.Origin 1954. June 07 - Jackson Claim Jumpers Sunday Fun Days at Amador Senior Center.

June 07 - Beginning Waltz Classes, Sundays in Sunnyvale.

June 10 - C1 classes begin with Johnny Lo calling.

June 20 - Mavericks Here Comes Summer SSD & Plus (no rounds) at Royer

June 27 - Mavericks Blast Class, intro to Plus Dancing. Come support our new dancers and help them take their first steps into Plus level squares. Mavericks angels dance for free. 😃

New events are coming up all the time. SSD dancers can move up to the next level by attending the Mavericks Mainstream lessons at Royer Park.

SSD, mainstream and Plus dances are listed on the fliers. Events are already scheduled thru December. 😃 Hope to see you there!

🤠What a great time dancing with the Turlock Steppin Pards this weekend!🤠

Thanks to Andy Allemao, not only for great calling, but also for dancing a rumba with me.💃🕺 I'll have to get Andy added to this page so he can see when he's tagged.

The best way to look like you know what you're doing while round dancing is to get your favorites onto the request list. Thank you to Sharon Patterson for cueing my requests, including one that let us practice the Square. PS: We still need more practice.

🥗🍛It's a wonder we could still dance after that dinner. The cooks did an excellent job at providing so much food. Look at that spread of casseroles and desserts! I took home one of the pretty upside down cakes from the silent auction. Yum!🥮

Folks often ask why there aren't any videos with me in it. Well, here you go. We started out okay, then capsized our boat, climbed back in and finished the dance. My boatmates were unaware they were being filmed until I got them to wave at the camera at the very end of the dance.

Thank you to friends who helped take pics and videos. I think everyone is becoming more comfortable with the photo bombs as there is more posing going on. 😉 You all look great!
