Author, Speaker, Performance Coach and Entrepreneur. I am about inspiring you to live the most courageous you! In 1999 I was at the top of my game. A United States Secret Service Agent who had the world in her hands. September 11, 2001 changed all of that. I was in 1 WTC when the plane struck it. Post Traumatic Stress ensued and ultimately I resigned. I lost my confidence, my way in the world, and

the "essence" of who I was. I'm here to tell you that you can make it back and LIVE YOUR TRUE SELF, with PASSION and JOY and ACHIEVE ALL THAT YOU ARE COURAGEOUS ENOUGH TO DREAM. Oprah said it best, "The only courage you really need is the courage to live the life you want."
