For those who lived it, the memories remain—where we were, who we were with, and how suddenly the world changed.
Today, we remember the lives that were taken, the families who were forever changed, and the ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage.
And we remember something else: how, in the face of unimaginable loss, people came together.
