📍THROWBACK THURSDAY: By 1961, five years since incorporation, Westlake had 112 residents according to this Texas State Highway map. If you look closely, you can see how much of the population lived in Tarrant or Denton County.

70 years in, we're home to 2,011 residents. With more than 23,000 visitors each day who choose Westlake as their stop to work, eat, exercise, and play. 🏡

🎉 Congratulations to Driver/Engineer Kyle Lynch! 🎉

Recently, our very own Driver/Engineer Kyle Lynch graduated from Texas A&M University–San Antonio with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Fire and Emergency Services Administration.

Earning a college degree while balancing the demands of a career in the fire service requires dedication, perseverance, and hard work. Kyle's commitment to professional development and lifelong learning is a reflection of the high standards we strive to uphold at Westlake Fire-EMS.
