🔴⚪ COACH JONES' BACKGROUND:

PLAYING CAREER:
• Originally from Greenfield, Indiana
• Competed at Indiana University East on an athletic soccer scholarship
• Strong college-level playing experience

COACHING EXPERIENCE WITH RED DEVILS:
• 2018 - Joined Richmond Boys Soccer as Assistant Coach
• 2020-2024 - Promoted to Head Coach 🏆
• 4 seasons as Head Coach of Red Devils Boys Soccer
• Deep understanding of Richmond soccer culture and tradition

Coach Jones brings extensive knowledge of the Red Devils program, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field!

His journey from assistant coach to head coach demonstrates his dedication to Richmond soccer and his ability to lead our program with passion and expertise!

Richmond Community Schools is excited to announce the hiring of Ronnie Maurice Hibbler as the new Head Football Coach of the Richmond Red Devils football program.

A Richmond resident and longtime member of the Red Devils coaching staff, Coach Hibbler brings more than 15 years of coaching experience at the youth, middle school, JV, and varsity levels. Most recently, he served as JV Head Coach, Varsity Inside Linebackers Coach, and Special Teams Coordinator.

In addition to coaching, Coach Hibbler is an 8th-grade math teacher within Richmond Community Schools and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Education. His leadership, commitment to student-athlete development, and passion for the Richmond community made him the right choice to lead the program forward.

“Richmond has always been home to me,” said Coach Hibbler. “I’m excited to work with our players, families, alumni, and community as we rebuild the pride, toughness, and tradition of Richmond Football.”

Coach Hibbler’s vision focuses on discipline, accountability, academics, and community pride as the Red Devils continue preparations for the upcoming season.
