Today we welcomed back some very special visitors to Amon Creek Elementary.

Former Otters returned to walk our halls one last time before graduating as members of the Class of 2026. As they made their way through the building in their caps and gowns, our current students cheered them on and celebrated their accomplishments.

For our younger Otters, it was a chance to see what is possible through hard work, perseverance, and dedication. For our graduating seniors, it was an opportunity to return to where their educational journey began and reflect on how far they have come.

We are incredibly proud of these students and all they have accomplished. Once an Otter, always a Otter. Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎓💚💙🐾

🎓🦦 Calling All Amon Creek Otter Alumni from the Class of 2026! 🦦🎓

We are excited to begin a new tradition at Amon Creek Elementary!

The graduating Class of 2026 holds a special place in our hearts—they were 5th graders when Amon Creek first opened its doors in the fall of 2018. Now, as they prepare to graduate, we would love to welcome them back home to celebrate this incredible milestone.

We invite all former Amon Creek Otters graduating in 2026 to join us on Thursday, June 4, at 1:00 PM for a special Senior Walk around the school. Our current Otters can't wait to cheer you on and be inspired by your accomplishments.

We look forward to celebrating your journey and seeing how far you've come!

Today, all Amon Creek students had the opportunity to learn some fascinating reptile facts during a special visit from the Reptile Man! 🐍🦎🐢

Students were engaged and excited as they explored different reptiles, learned about their habitats, behaviors, and unique adaptations, and even had the chance to see some amazing animals up close. It was a fun and memorable learning experience for everyone!

A big thank you to the Reptile Man for bringing science to life for our Otters today! 💙

Please take a quick look at this video to see if you recognize anything belonging to your student. We’d love to get these items back to their rightful homes!

Another great Family Donut Day in the books! It was wonderful seeing so many families and staff come together this morning for our Spring Donut with a Grownup event. Thank you to the PTO and everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a positive and memorable experience for our students. Events like these continue to strengthen the strong sense of community we have at Amon Creek!

Kindergarten registration is OPEN now! 📣

If your child turns 5 by August 31, 2026, now is the time to get them enrolled for the upcoming school year. Registration only takes a few minutes and helps your family start the year prepared.

What you’ll need:
-Proof of age and name
-Proof of residence
-Immunization records

Lost & Found Overflow!
Our Lost & Found is overflowing! We’ve placed all items just inside the main entrance for easy viewing. As you come in for conferences, please take a moment to check for and claim any of your child’s belongings.

All unclaimed items after Spring Break will be donated to the Community Thrift trailer, which will be on-site April 6–10.

Congratulations are in order for the Otters. Amon Creek has achieved the highest participation in the Leprechaun Dash for the 8th consecutive year, thereby securing the largest share of the Pot of Gold.
