“Red, White, and Back the Blue” is the theme selected by Richardson Police Chief Gary Tittle for Richardson’s 2026 National Night Out, set for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The Canyon Creek HOA, in partnership with the City of Richardson, invites Block Captains to register neighborhood National Night Out parties by Friday, September 25, through the Richardson Police Department registration page: https://www.richardsonpolice.net/.../nno-block-party

After registering, please contact [email protected] to reserve a Canyon Creek HOA NNO yard sign for your party.

NNO participants are encouraged to bring canned goods to registered parties that will be collected by First Responders and Richardson City officials, then donated to local families through the Network of Community Ministries food pantry.

The City’s Corporate Challenge 5K run will take place on August 23rd at the UTD campus. Please be aware that several road closures will impact your area during this event.

- Westbound Campbell Road from Floyd Road to Waterview Parkway — All lanes closed
- Northbound Waterview Parkway from Campbell Road to Synergy Park Boulevard — All lanes closed
- Eastbound Synergy Park Boulevard from Waterview Parkway to North Floyd Road — All lanes closed
- Southbound Floyd Road from Synergy Park Boulevard to Bryce Jordan Drive — All lanes closed

FINAL CALL for Parade participants!!! If you want to be in the Parade, please register early to avoid the rush! Don't miss the July 4th Parade and celebration.

To avoid a mad rush on July 4th, PLEASE sign up in advance at the link below if you wish to be in the Parade. Registrants on July 4th MUST register by 9:30AM to be eligible in the contest. Any registrations after this time may join the parade but will not be eligible to win a trophy.

After the Parade there will be a celebration on the lawn of the Canyon Creek Country Club with a DJ, Bounce Houses, Face Painting and more! All of this is FREE for our neighbors. Canyon Creek Country Club will have food and beverages for sale as well (you can use cash, credit card if you are not a member). There will be a Trophy for each category and this year, a special Grand Prize Trophy will be awarded after the Parade by the DJ Station at the Canyon Creek Country Club.

$3 breakfast burritos – chorizo, bacon or potato
$5 Mimosas & Bloody Mary's

It's about the Dog Days of Summer, and the pups are just as excited about the 4th of July Parade as we are! Parade T-Shirts are running out fast! Come by tomorrow, Sunday, from 12pm-3pm to grab your shirt (while supplies last). Pick-Up @ II Creeks Shopping Center (in the old Crull Fitness Building).
