I am setting this page up as a way to campaign for the upcoming local 2014 election in which I am running for Rice city council. I figured instead of knocking on doors and handing out campaign flyers, which I'm personally tired of geting in the mail and my door!, I would put myself on here and you can se what I'm all about and hopefully get your vote. A little about me:
I am the son of Janice and
Kevin Martin, I am 29 years old and lived in rice my whole life. Cloud going on 6 years I'm interested in supporting the city of Rice in growing in the right direction and making our a community a place for both families and business to flourish. I am most interested in Rice to continue to be a community that supports the parks and recreation for the kids. I grew up at the Ice rink (RICE ICE!!!) and riding my pedal bike around town with my friends playing at the playground and park. These things were an important part of my childhood and I'll never forget where I came from. I hope to continue to support projects that make Rice the small town community it is.
