A friendly reminder…please do not get in the meter pit for any reason. If you have a leak, you must call the PSD to have the servicemen come out to shut the water off (it is their job). The PSD has had to replace brand new meters already due to customers being in the meter pit to shut the water off themselves. Your home should have a shut off valve for emergency situations (breaks, line replacements, etc), if it doesn’t, you should consider putting one in. If you have any questions regarding this, please call the office 304-623-2217.

There is a leak on Lyons Ave., the servicemen are on their way. I will let you know if they have to shut the water off. Be patient, it is very cold out.

Water will be off from Meadowbrook road to Gypsy bridge while the servicemen repair a leak.
