A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support our Mental Health Expert Panel & Pancake Breakfast! 🥞💚

We are incredibly grateful for our on-base and community helping agencies, the mental health professionals who dedicated their time and expertise to our panel and our amazing volunteers who helped prepare and serve breakfast.

Most of all thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the event, and helped strengthen the conversation around mental health in our community!

Come out and join us today to stretch, meet some furry friends looking for their forever homes, and grab lunch from a local BBQ food truck. We’d love to see you there!

Do you intimidate, threaten, or use fear to control your partner during conflict?

Conflict should never leave someone feeling afraid or unsafe. Healthy relationships make room for disagreement without intimidation, threats, coercion, or control.

If you recognize these behaviors in yourself, support is available. Contact your local Family Advocacy Program to talk through your options or find resources through Military OneSource.

Take the pause. Make the call. Choose a safer response.

Concern should never become control. Love should never involve fear, pressure, coercion, or ignoring someone’s boundaries including sexual boundaries.

Healthy relationships are built on respect, safety, and consent.
If your behavior toward your partner is becoming controlling, intimidating, or coercive, it’s time to get help.

Find resources and support through Military OneSource or contact your local Family Advocacy Program.

Take the pause. Make the call. Because you can’t rewind.

A reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish it’s necessary.

Rest, recharge and give yourself the same care you so freely give to others. ☕️✨

What do you like to do to recharge?

Supporting someone after a su***de attempt or su***de loss can play an important role in healing and reducing future risk.

Reach out with compassion. Listen without judgment. Continue checking in even after the immediate crisis has passed. Small moments of connection can remind someone they don’t have to navigate what comes next alone.

Postvention resources can also help individuals, families, friends, and communities navigate recovery and loss: sprc.org

Healing doesn’t happen overnight, it is cultivated. Families, friends, schools, workplaces, work centers, and communities all play a role in helping recovery grow after a su***de attempt or su***de loss. Call, text or chat with 988.

For survivors of sexual assault, the days that follow can be overwhelming. Medical or forensic exams, law enforcement interviews, investigative processes, follow-up appointments, reporting decisions, and simply processing what happened can bring difficult emotions and added stress.

Continued connection matters. A follow-up call from an advocate, a trusted person checking in, help navigating resources, or simply reminding a survivor that support is still available can make a meaningful difference.

Healing and su***de prevention both depend on connection. Keep checking in. Keep listening. Keep offering choices. Keep reminding survivors they don’t have to navigate what comes next alone.
