So incredibly proud to have participated in a grave marker dedication for Private Benjamin Kennedy, a Revolutionary War veteran who served alongside our founding fathers. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

As a veteran myself, I was deeply moved by this ceremony organized by the Dorothy Quincy Hancock Chapter of the DAR at Milton Cemetery. We truly stand on the shoulders of those brave patriots who came before us - men and women who sacrificed everything for the freedoms we enjoy today.

There's something profoundly humbling about honoring a soldier whose service dates back to the very birth of our nation. Private Kennedy and countless others like him didn't just fight for independence - they fought for the idea that became America.
To my fellow veterans: we are part of an unbroken chain of service that stretches back nearly 250 years to heroes like Private Kennedy. Their legacy lives on in each of us.

Thank you to the DAR for preserving this important history and ensuring these patriots are never forgotten.

Yesterday was a profound honor as I joined the retirement ceremony for Chief Master Sergeant Daniel J. "Sully" Sullivan at Joint Base Cape Cod. Presenting a Citation of congratulations from Representative Ayers and State Representative Wells was just a small way to recognize decades of selfless service to our nation.

Moments like these remind me why I'm passionate about my role as Director of Veteran Services. Our mission isn't just about being there during the difficult times, though we absolutely will be. It's about celebrating the victories, honoring the milestones, and ensuring our Randolph and Milton service members, veterans and their families know they have unwavering support through every chapter of their journey.

Congratulations, Chief Master Sergeant Sullivan. Thank you for your legacy of service, and enjoy this well-earned next chapter.

I'm incredibly grateful to have participated in the Run to Home Base 2025 alongside Student Veterans of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Department of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Veteran Service Officers Association (MVSOA) representing the District of Randolph and Milton.

The camaraderie among fellow veterans and supporters was truly inspiring, and knowing that our efforts directly support Home Base's vital mission made every step meaningful. Seeing our community come together to fundraise for mental health and wellness programs for veterans and their families reminded me why events like this matter so much.

This was an amazing experience that I'm committed to continuing for years to come. Thank you to all the organizers, participants, and supporters who made this event such a success!

Thanks to Rene Fuertes for the invitation and making our participation happen!

Good morning, Randolph and Milton!

I'm excited to introduce myself as your new Director of Veteran Services for Randolph and Milton, a role I began on July 1st. As an Iraq and Afghanistan combat veteran, I've spent the last five years fighting for our veterans across multiple states, territories, and the Pacific region, and now I'm here to bring that same energy to our local community.

My journey has taken me from serving on the Secretary of Veterans Affairs' Advisory Committee for US Outlying Areas and Freely Associated States, where we tackled systemic issues affecting veterans worldwide, to the halls of law school where I witnessed firsthand how our female veterans and military families weren't getting the support they deserved. That experience drove me to help draft 14 pieces of veteran legislation in Puerto Rico, with four becoming law in under 10 months. It even led to recognition from the White House and an invitation to speak at a panel discussion last October.

But here's what matters most: every veteran, every military family in Randolph and Milton has unique needs and deserves personalized support. My legal and financial background helps me navigate the complex world of benefits, but my real strength comes from understanding what it means to serve, both in uniform and as an advocate.

I'm not here to just work for you; I'm here to support and work with you. Veterans, families, community partners, local organizations, we're all part of this mission together. Whether you're dealing with benefits questions, need help accessing services, or have ideas on how we can better serve our community, my door is always open.

Let's build something amazing together. Our veterans have given so much, now it's time we give back with the same dedication and teamwork that defines military service.

Reach out anytime.
