Oak Grove Technologies, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FPV and Autonomous Drone Pilot to join our team in Hoffman, NC!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
• Plan, brief, and execute FPV and autonomous UAS missions on Group 1–2 platforms in accordance with SOPs, airspace rules, and customer objectives.
• Conduct pre-/post-flight inspections, mission planning, risk assessments, and debriefs; maintain accurate flight and maintenance logs.
• Adhere to regulatory and site requirements (airspace authorizations, NOTAMs/TFRs, LAANC/waivers, range/site rules).
• Train and mentor U.S. military units, U.S. government agencies, and partner forces on Group 1–2 UAS operations, safety, and maintenance; develop lesson plans, conduct classroom/field instruction, evaluate proficiency, and document training outcomes.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Prior experience training U.S. military, federal agencies, or partner forces on UAS operations, safety, and maintenance; instructor certifications a plus.
• Experience on named platforms common in Group 1–2 (e.g., DJI, Skydio, Teledyne FLIR, Ascent/Parrot, Auterion/PX4-based, custom builds).

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our 4th Annual Raptor Drone Race and inaugural Military Challenge!

Last weekend, our Test & Training Center was filled with nonstop action as more than 40 military and civilian FPV pilots took to the course for a weekend of high-speed racing, intense competition, hard-fought victories, and a few unforgettable crashes along the way. Congratulations to all of our top racers and competitors!

We’re already gearing up for the 2027 Raptor Drone Race. Follow us to stay up to date on future events, training opportunities, and the latest in unmanned systems and emerging technology.

At our recent 2026 TechID Day, we showcased how collaborative innovation can support the evolving needs of SOF, cyber, and space operations.

The 2-day event featured live demonstrations from our valued partners under simulated cyber threats, space-enabled ISR capabilities, and SOF robotics training modules, highlighting the power of partnership in advancing all-domain readiness. Attendees experienced integrated solutions designed to enable rapid customization, secure data sharing, and resilient operations in denied and disrupted environments.
