Northeast Alabama Community College Democrats The College Dems is an affiliate of and chartered under the student activities office of Northeast Alabama Community College.

The College Dems pledge themselves to promote progressive values by supporting all efforts to increase the participation of college students in political affairs and to promote the policies and positions of the Democratic Party. To these ends, the College Dems shall seek to educate, involve, and support its members, enabling them:

1. To promote student awareness regarding political and social iss

ues.
2. To advance and articulate intelligent political and social dialogue on campus.
3. To participate in political campaigns on the local, state, and national level.
4. To communicate the philosophies of the Democratic Party.
