Today, we launch the Downtown Racine Business Attraction Loan Program which will provide new, low interest capital ($250,000), to businesses who want to be where the action is, who can fill empty store fronts, and who share a vision of a thriving downtown as an asset to our community. I am grateful for the work of RCEDC and the Downtown Racine Corporation in making this collaboration to support our small businesses a reality.
