Village of Quincy and Quincy Township would like to welcome the newest addition, Officer Hurley to our team.

Officer Hurley graduated the Academy yesterday and was sworn into office last night at the Village Council Meeting. Officer Hurley will start his FTO this week and we are excited to get another Officer on the road to serve and protect the residents of Quincy.

**Update: suspect has made contact with law enforcement **

QUINCY COMMUNITY:

The Quincy Police Department is currently conducting an ongoing investigation in regard to a hit and run accident of a Quincy Community School bus that happened this afternoon around 3:20PM on Bowen Ln.

The Vehicle in question is a smaller red vehicle (make and model unknown at this time) with possible front end damage. There are no reported injury's of any students or persons on the bus. We are hoping to have more information shortly. if you have any information please call 911.
