Good Morning Friends! I meant to share this weeks ago, but time got away from me. I just wanted to repost it on our page in case you missed the post from our friends at BRWC. I know many of you had the pleasure of meeting Cotton (now going by Bear :) ) in person at your schools, libraries, Hail to the Trail and Loudoun County Fair to name a few so I thought you would be happy to know that he is still an educational ambassador and now you can see him in his habitat at BRWC's Wildlife Walk!
And for those fans of Jasper who loved his videos and watching his progress at Wildlife Ambassadors from a shy fox to a confident animal who learned to voluntarily participate in his own health care with us ( crate training, nail trims and grooming), I could not be more excited that his journey as an ambassador will continue and now you will able to meet him in person on the Wildlife Walk.
For any of us, whether we are zookeepers, educators, rehabilitators or veterinarians, the top goal is providing the absolute best life with the highest level of husbandry for the animals who are entrusted in our care. It gives me great joy that these two, whom I was so bonded to, will live out their very best lives with the wonderful folks at Blue Ridge Wildlife Center!
I hope you'll visit them both and tell them hello from me!
