DO-MAGIC with YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN

with guest speaker and author Rai Chowdhary

Do-Magic with Your Supply Chain

With supply chains getting extended around

the globe, products becoming increasingly

complex, and new regulations requiring ever

more controls - the supply chain professional

faces steeper challenges by the day. These

folks toil away at odd hours and sometimes

weird places to ensure the product flows, and

reaches the customer. Life for the SCP can be

very difficult indeed. That is where Do-Magic

comes in. It offers a system and framework

built on a solid and proven foundation which

draws from technical fields as well as project

management, psychology and neuro-science.

The result is a world class supply chain that

handily beats the status-quo with reduced

stresses for the SCP.

Date: Wednesday, June 17th, 2015

Location: 9750 South 300 West

Sandy, UT 84070

Time: 6:00 Registration & Networking

6:30 Dinner & Networking

7:00 Chapter Award Presentations

7:30 Guest Speaker: Rai Chowdhary

Cost: $15 for members; $25 for non-members

RSVP: APICSUtah.org, “Register and Pay for Event”

(RSVP and pre-pay via PayPal with one step) or RSVP

only with email to [email protected]

Two case studies will be presented; one from a large consumer

electronics firm that successfully improved their supply chain performance

via partnering with suppliers, and one from a small start-up producing

medical devices. This tiny company harnessed the power of data,

predictive modeling, and smart testing strategies to keep inventories and

costs low, and introduced cutting edge products disrupting the established

players in the field. In both cases, the SCP played key roles.
