Today is dedicated to raising awareness of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and encouraging individuals to learn their status.

Hepatitis often shows little to no symptoms, which means many people may not know they are living with it. Early testing can lead to treatment, improved health outcomes, and prevention of transmission.

Today, Northland Cares will be out in the community at A Safe Place in Prescott Valley and Granite Mountain Behavioral Healthcare, helping raise awareness and connect individuals with testing, education, and support.

At Northland Cares, we provide confidential testing, education, and compassionate care to help you take control of your health.

Today we recognize the researchers, volunteers, and communities working toward a future without HIV.

While there is still no HIV vaccine, progress is being made every day through clinical trials and scientific research. HIV Vaccine Awareness Day is a time to honor those efforts and raise awareness about the importance of prevention and education.

At Northland Cares, we are committed to providing testing, prevention tools like PEP/PrEP, and compassionate care for our community. With over 98% of our clients achieving undetectable viral loads, we know that treatment works and helps prevent transmission.

Your health matters. Knowing your status is one of the most important steps you can take to protect yourself and your community.

At Northland Cares, we provide confidential, stigma-free testing, education, and support for HIV, STIs, and Hepatitis C right here in Yavapai County.

Many STIs show little to no symptoms, which means testing is the only way to know for sure. The good news is that most STIs are treatable, and prevention options like PrEP and PEP can help reduce the risk of HIV.

With over 98% of our clients achieving undetectable viral loads, we are committed to improving health outcomes and stopping transmission in our community.
