Portage, WI has been gifted an amazing monument dedicated to our nation's most important founding documents

Key Features

🇺🇸 Life-size replicas of the United States’ Charters of Freedom: the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights

🇺🇸 Located at Riverside Park, a high-visibility area with easy access for school children and veterans

🇺🇸 Open to the public, providing a space for the Portage community to reflect, gather, and celebrate American history and civics

🇺🇸 Foundation Forward, Inc. provides local schools with additional educational materials to encourage learning about U.S. history and civics

🇺🇸 The monument will be built without using any tax dollars

🇺🇸 The original Charters of Freedom are on display in The Rotunda at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.

🇺🇸 Foundation Forward, Inc. aims to install Charters of Freedom settings in every county across America, making it accessible to a wider audience
