Today, the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners voted in favor of a 12-month moratorium on data centers. This is a major step in the right direction.

Now, we must continue the fight to protect our environment, safeguard our local water sources, and raise awareness about the potential impacts that large-scale data centers can have on our communities.

Congratulations to everyone who showed up, spoke out, contacted their county commissioners, and stood together for our future. This victory belongs to the people.

When everyday residents organize, engage, and make their voices heard, real change happens. People power wins.

Money that was requested by current District 21 Senator Ed Hooper to help our coastline, now being vetoed by governor DeSantis. This is exactly the kind of efforts I will support if elected to the senate.

The governor on Monday vetoed funding for living shoreline projects that would have helped bolster the Pinellas National Wildlife Refuge.

If elected to the Senate, I will do everything I can to prevent data centers from continuing to be built in our state. The demand on power and resources is too great, let alone the minimal jobs they create, all while powering advances in AI technology that is being used to take jobs away from hardworking people. None of this is what we should be working towards, and yet it seems like many in our government think this is what the people want.

Despite the governor’s anti-data center rhetoric, his office pushed for the tax break, a leading lawmaker said.

The best way I can ask for your help is to share this page on your personal social media pages to help raise awareness about this election. It is a special election done in a year we don't normally vote for this seat. In addition to that, given the limited time to qualify, a lot of people are under the impression that my opponent is running unopposed. I would love your help in getting the word out that I am in this race!

Hi everyone, I have created this page to start my campaign for Florida State Senate. I'm running as the democratic nominee for district 21 which is northern Pinellas County and Western Pasco County. I have worked and lived in this area since moving to Florida in 2013 and have decided that it's time for someone to step up and try to bring about change for our residents.

In early June it came to my attention (as I'm sure it did to some of you as well) that on May 13th our current state senator had decided to retire early. That same day Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco announced his campaign to replace him. That meant that any challenger had less than a month to qualify to run against him. If that didn't happen, he would win the seat unchallenged and without having to even campaign. So with about a week to go, I began preparing and successfully qualified for the election.

It is my intention to represent the residents of district 21 not as a politician or democrat, but as a neighbor and friend. Many of the people I see daily at work or at local restaurants and bars live in this district and need someone who can relate to their way of life and the issues they face as residents of Florida. I hope to convince them that I will accurately and faithfully have their best interests at heart. I dont have the financial backing of any businesses, or the endorsements of any professional politicians. I'm just an average guy asking for the opportunity to give a voice to the average constituent.

Some major issues that I hope to work on include the environment, affordability/ cost of living, and public school education.

Please bear with me as I work to more clearly outline my plans and ideas.

I look forward to meeting and talking with you about how we can together work to make Florida better for all of us.
