Pontiac Neighborhood Stabilization Come home to the Unity Park neighborhood in Pontiac! Your gross household income (based on family size) is what determines your eligibility.

Through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, several new homes are being built right now and we are looking for people to fill them! Guidelines are based on area median income (AMI), which for a family
of four, is $78,350. Income limits are determined by the size of the family that
will reside in the house.

1. Eligible buyers may earn up to 120% of the AMI, or $78,350 per year for a
family of

four.

2. A portion of the homes are reserved for families with household incomes at or
below 50% of the AMI, or $32,650 per year for a family of four.
