Hinge Point Youth Homes is looking for Direct Support Specialists to serve up to eight children living in a children’s residential program. These children range in age from 10-17 and are most often a part of the foster care system. They have support needs such as medical, behavioral, developmental and basic living skills. As a Direct Care Specialist, you would work with a clinical team to provide the most appropriate and evidence-based services for the children. Direct Care Specialists will receive formal and on the job training in how to best meet the needs of each individual child. Most importantly, Direct Care Specialists will engage with each child to ensure that they are having positive experiences both in the home and in the community.
