Dried lentils are the WIC-approved food of the month!

Dried lentils are an excellent source of protein, dietary fiber, iron, and folate. They are also great for heart health, helping to manage cholesterol and blood sugar. ❤️

Try including dried lentils in your family’s meals this month! Mix dried lentils into soups, curries, salads, and other veggie-heavy meals. 🥗 Check out this website to find ways of incorporating lentils into your cooking: https://bit.ly/4e6QSGB
