Happy 20th Birthday, Amelia!!!

Amelia Rebecca Tuller is a beautiful young woman with special needs, and today she turns 20! She deserves all her family in her life — including her father.

From 2017 to 2019, I had primary custody of Amelia — when she was just 11 to 13 years old — at the request of her mom and stepfather in 2016.

However, through a series of judgments by Friend of the Court in Eaton County, MI, and later the Genesee County, MI Probate Court, I have been completely alienated from my daughter. Despite having no criminal history, I am not allowed to see, speak to, or even attempt to contact Amelia.

Sadly, I never got my day in court — I was denied a fair trial and barely allowed to speak during hearings.

As her father, my heart breaks to be kept away from her, and I pray for a chance to be part of her life again.

Please help me reconnect with my daughter.
