With deep gratitude and respect, Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District honors the legacy of E.H. (Ted) Winslow, who passed away at 101 on Friday, February 28. Ted’s leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to the community profoundly shaped and elevated life in Pleasant Hill through his role at the District and lifelong civic service.
