Tutelage Residential Services is a provider agency that is licensed and qualified through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs. We provide support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism through community residential habilitation, community involvement, and individualized programming.

The best ones operate from a dignity mindset — focused on what residents want, what they're capable of, and how to build environments where they can actually thrive while maintaining compliance.

Behind every good day in our homes is a person who chose to show up — not just physically, but fully.

Our staff don't clock in and check out. They know preferences for breakfast. They remember the things that matter. They celebrate the wins nobody else sees.

Samone is a dedicated advocate for both the staff she supervises and the individuals and families she supports. She currently serves as a practicum observer and is in the process of obtaining her Pennsylvania Certified Investigator and Frontline Supervisor certifications.
