Penn Hills Elementary is excited to welcome incoming kindergarten families with a series of Kindergarten Transition events this summer. These activities are designed to help students become familiar with their school community and build excitement for the year ahead.

The Penn Hills School District is partnering with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank to provide free Summer Food Boxes to local families.

Distribution will take place on Tuesday, June 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Linton Middle School Cafeteria. Boxes will be available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one box per family while supplies last. No registration is required.

At the June 10 Special Public Voting Meeting, the Board approved the appointments of Dr. Jah'Chant Robinson as Principal of Penn Hills High School, Dr. Licia Lentz as Supervisor of Instructional Innovation, and Dan Mason as Interim Head Football Coach.

As technology continues to evolve, Penn Hills School District wants to ensure our community has a voice in shaping the conversation around Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We're inviting students, families, staff, and community members to complete a brief survey to share their experiences about AI. This survey is intended to gather honest feedback to help guide future conversations and ensure any direction reflects the needs of our school community.

On Thursday, Penn Hills High School students celebrated the end of an incredible school year with an unforgettable Field Day!

From delicious food trucks and tasty snacks to dunk tanks, a petting zoo, face painting, and plenty of games, the day was filled with laughter, fun, and nonstop smiles.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success. What a fantastic way to wrap up the school year and kick off summer!

The Penn Hills Class of 1976 was back in the halls this weekend celebrating their 50th reunion!

Yesterday, several alumni took a trip down memory lane with a tour of today’s Penn Hills High School. While this isn’t the same building they attended as students, it was a chance to see how the district has grown and changed over the past five decades while sharing stories, memories, and plenty of nostalgia along the way.

From then to now, Penn Hills pride is forever!

Graduation Information:

We are looking forward to celebrating the Penn Hills High School Class of 2026 at graduation. Please review the following important information to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

* Gates will open at 5:15 PM.

* All guests must wear a red or yellow Penn Hills Graduation wristband for entry.

* Please review the spectator information graphic for parking instructions.

* Carpooling is strongly encouraged if possible. Shuttle service will be available from designated parking lots to the stadium. Only pre-approved handicapped parking is available at the Fralic Center.

* Please plan to arrive no later than 6:00 PM to allow sufficient time for parking, shuttle transportation, security screening, and stadium entry.

* All guests will be required to pass through a security check before entering the stadium.

* To help expedite entry, please do not bring bags.

* Please do not bring balloons or noise makers. If balloons are brought, they must be tied to the railing at the top of the bleachers and may not be brought into seating areas.

* The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.

* Please be respectful and give your full attention to our speakers.

* Bottled water will be available for purchase. Please note that open containers are not permitted.

* Following the ceremony, families and guests will be invited onto the field to take photos with graduates.
