fforts. There, he’s worked to benefit our young people and families through initiatives like scholarships for college and the trades, as well as collecting food donations for the Backpack Initiative and gifts for holiday drives. He’s also been an active volunteer with the Friends of Shaler North Hills Library and the Shaler Area Education Foundation. In his day job, Josh is a full-time organizer, advocate, and coalition builder for a statewide non-profit organization focused on bipartisan policies to make our communities safer. He has almost a decade of experience pushing government to work better for working people, including his time as a staffer for elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels. Now, Josh is running to serve on the Shaler Township Board of Commissioners in the 2025 municipal election. He’s looking to apply his passion for public service and his energy around community engagement toward continuing to make Shaler an even better place to live through increased citizen involvement.
