The U.S. Army Fuze Forum held in Pittsburgh on June 17–18, brought together Army leaders, industry partners, innovators, and academic institutions to collaborate on the future of national defense. The AUSA Fort Pitt Chapter was honored to sponsor the network gathering, after the live demonstration on Day 1.

The event showcased cutting-edge technologies, fostered meaningful partnerships, and highlighted the critical role of innovation in supporting our Soldiers and strengthening readiness. Pittsburgh’s unique ecosystem of defense, technology, manufacturing, and research made it an ideal location for these important discussions.

Congratulations to Olivia Starz on her selection by the March Officer Candidate School (OCS) Board!

Olivia was one of only two candidates selected from the Pittsburgh area, an outstanding achievement that reflects her dedication, leadership potential, and commitment to service. Her selection marks an important milestone on the path to becoming an Army officer and leading Soldiers in the future.

We are also proud to welcome Olivia as a Lifetime Member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), demonstrating her commitment to supporting Soldiers, Army families, and the profession of arms throughout her career.
